  •  All items are Made to Order and will be ready to ship within 5 business days.

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Orders are shipped via Israel Post (Eco post) . Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item. If you believe your order has shipped and you didn't receive this email from us, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

  • Shipping from Israel usually takes up to 2 weeks to Europe and 2-3 weeks to the US and Australia. On rare occasions, a delay (customs/other) may occur and your order can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

    Europe: 4-6 business days
    Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-12 business days
    Asia Pacific: 10-12 business days

  • We accept returns up to 14 days from receiving the package. Please contact us and let us know. 

  • The items must be unworn/unused and in original condition with the original packaging. 

  • Once the goods arrive back to our studio, in the original and unused condition, we will process the refund for the goods via PayPal. 

  • Shipping costs will not be returned. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost.

Gift wrapping and packaging

It is important to me that your items arrive safely! They will be carefully packaged with lots of love and care. Scarves are wrapped in a branded fabric bag and necklaces in a branded box, for stylish gift giving.
